Customer Service CoordinatorBanbury 30,000 - 33,000 + salary review after 6 months Full-time, PermanentWe''re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established engineering business in Banbury, working within its busy UK Spares team.Working closely with the Customer Service Lead, you''ll support customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, processing quotations and orders while coordinating with suppliers and teams across the business. You''ll also get involved in purchasing, stock and logistics, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their experience.Key responsibilities:Managing customer enquiries and communicationsIdentifying spare parts, preparing quotations and processing customer ordersProcessing invoices, credit notes, returns and account administrationManaging backorders and helping ensure orders are delivered correctlySupporting purchasing, stock replenishment and inventory activitiesArranging and tracking customer shipments and resolving delivery issuesSupporting freight, customs and import documentationWorking with colleagues across the Spares team to support processes and continuous improvementWe''re looking for:Previous customer service and order processing experienceStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers and colleaguesStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeA proactive, ..... full job details .....
