Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm - Part-time applications will also be considered.Closing Date: 7th August2026We''re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Norwich team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding aftercare experience to homeowners.Acting as the first point of contact for customers following the completion of their new home, you''ll manage enquiries, defects and complaints from initial contact through to resolution. Working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, you''ll ensure repairs are coordinated efficiently, appointments are arranged promptly, and issues are resolved within agreed service standards.This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines customer service, administration and coordination. You''ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records on our CRM system, managing customer communications, coordinating operative diaries and helping ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.About youYou''ll have previous experience in a customer-focused role within housing, house building, repairs, maintenance or a similar environment.
