Customer Service Call HandlerLocation: SandwichPay: 14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30Contract: TemporaryStart Date: ImmediateOur client is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Handler to join their team on a temporary basis to support with a backlog of customer records and enquiries.This role involves making outbound calls to individuals, gathering and updating information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to gather, verify, and update information.Speak with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.Confirm individual requirements and update records accordingly.Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.Maintain and update information within internal databases and CRM systems.Handle queries and escalate more complex issues when required.Provide administrative support related to customer interactions.Ensure all information is handled in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.Work closely with colleagues to support the efficient clearance of outstanding cases.About YouPrevious experience in a customer service, administration, or telephone-based role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A confident and professional telephone manner.Strong attention ..... full job details .....
