      <description>Location: Stanford-le-hope | Salary: 25000.00-25000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | We are hiring for a Customer Service Booking Administrator on behalf of a Logistics company.This role is full-time, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, fully office based, working hours of 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. This is an initial 12 month FTC.Main responsibility - Key account (one customer) rating, rate checking, and invoicingRating all jobs in screen making sure they have any ancillaries that are needed. Checking weekly RCNs for any queries. Checking wasted charges. Resolve any queries.Weekly invoicing making sure nothing outstanding. Review and send credits. Rate screen maintenance.Oversee mailbox.
