Manage and prioritise customer communications to ensure service levels are consistently achieved. Support the Customer Resolution Manager with case management and customer service initiatives. Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer matters efficiently.
