Customer Service Associate

Our public sector client based in the heart of Lincoln, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Associate to join their team as soon as possible!

The role will be temporary for a 3 month period initially however; the post does have the potential to turn permanent, depending on performance.

The hours of work will be full time, working 37 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.

The pay rate for the role is -12.71 per hour.

Working within the corporate hub, you will be the first point of contact for District Council Services (e.g. Council Housing Repairs) and other local services including Libraries and Heritage enquiries.

You will be required to gather and process information efficiently and accurately. Data entry and daily administration tasks will also be required.

To be a successful Customer Service Associate you will need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and should also have strong communication skills.
Good IT skills with a competency in using Microsoft Office is also essential.
