Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview:This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, initially for six months, with the potential to become permanent.Wynnstay Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Services Team Member to join our Poultry team.Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will provide an efficient and reliable service to customers and colleagues, supporting the accurate processing of feed and fertiliser orders and helping to ensure deliveries are coordinated effectively.This is a varied role involving customer communication, order processing, internal coordination and general administration. You will play an important part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the ongoing success of the department.Responsibilities:Responding professionally to customer and colleague enquiries, both over the telephone and face-to-faceProactively contacting customers within an allocated territory to anticipate and secure future ordersLiaising with third-party suppliers to support the fulfilment of customer ordersCoordinating medicated feed prescriptions when requiredLiaising with relevant colleagues regarding feed orders, product availability and pricing enquiriesDelivering a consistently high standard of customer serviceResponding to and resolving routine customer queries promptly and professionallyAnalysing information and producing reports or findings when requiredSupporting marketing activities and helping to promote relevant products and sales ..... full job details .....
