Customer Service Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This a busy office based customer services role, supporting the internal teams, handling customer queries etc. Location: Crawley - office based, parking onsiteSalary: 26,639 per annumHours: 8.30-5.30 / 9.30-6.30 Mon-Fri (with 1 hour for lunch), occasional Saturday support - rota basis Customer Service Assistant duties:Answering the phones Data entry - updating the internal systems with the customer call infoMonitor and respond to customer emailsHandle customer queries and complaintsRegular liaison with internal teams regarding customer ordersEnsure all relevant customer documentation is processedSkills and experience:Previous customer service experienceExcellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone mannerGood IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably experience using ..... full job details .....
