Salary: -28-32K Location: Office based - Partridge Green. Own transport required due to location Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri Customer Service Exec duties: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries Process customer information and qualify the call / order, what the customer is looking for etc. Keep customers updated on what will happen next with their enquiry / order Update the systems with the enquiry / order information Maintain strong customer service and answer calls in a timely manner Skills and experience: Proven experience working in a similar customer service - sales support type role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector Highly organised and attention to detail Good IT skills Permanent
