Customer Service Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This an office based customer services role, supporting the internal teams, handling customer queries etc. This is a temp / temp to perm role to start ASAP Location: Crawley - office based, parking onsitePay rate: 12.81 per hour + holiday payHours: 8.30-5.30 / 9.30-6.30 Mon-Fri (with 1 hour for lunch), occasional Saturday support if neededCustomer Service Assistant duties:Answering the phones Data entry - updating the internal systems with the customer call infoMonitor and respond to customer emailsHandle customer queries and complaintsRegular liaison with internal teams regarding customer ordersEnsure all relevant customer documentation is processedSkills and experience required:Previous customer service experienceExcellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone mannerGood IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably experience using databases ..... full job details .....
