      <description>Location: Horsham | Salary: &amp;pound;26000 - &amp;pound;28000/annum | Type: Permanent | Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service Assistants to work for a well established company based in Horsham, West Sussex. The Customer Service role will be supporting the customers and financial advisers.   Salary:  up to -28K dependent on experience   Location:  Office based - Mon-Fri - Horsham. Parking available   Customer Service Assistant duties:    Manage incoming queries via phone &amp; email  Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels  Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records  Support joining, moving &amp; leaving processes  Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards  Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy  Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets    Skills &amp; Experience    Experience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sector  Strong communication skills both verbally and written  Confidence with handling customer queries  High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment</description>
