Customer Service Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service Assistants to work for a well established company based in Horsham, West Sussex. The Customer Service role will be supporting the customers and financial advisers.

Salary: up to -28K dependent on experience

Location: Office based - Mon-Fri - Horsham. Parking available

Customer Service Assistant duties:

• Manage incoming queries via phone & email
• Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
• Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
• Support joining, moving & leaving processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
• Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
• Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sector
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Confidence with handling customer queries
• High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
