DescriptionCustomer Service Assistant, Responds to customer enquiries via email, phone and online platforms Process high volumes of orders Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock and 3PL for delivery Resolves order, delivery and product related issues efficiently Accurately updates customer records and internal systems Communicates clearly with internal teams to resolve escalations Follows company policies, procedures and service standards Manages complaints with empathy and professionalism Identifies trends and recurring issues to support improvements Supports team targets and service level objectives Profile Demonstrates previous fast paced, office based, customer service experience Ability to cope with a very large number of SKUs which complicates the order processing Communicates clearly and professionally ..... full job details .....
