Welcome visitors, customers, and guests to the Gallagher office in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area and customer experience facilities, ensuring they are well-presented at all times. Escort visitors and assist with sign-in procedures where required. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally. Support customer and partner training events, meetings, and workshops. Provide general administrative support to various business departments. Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Prepare meeting rooms and training facilities. Order lunches, refreshments, and catering for meetings, training sessions, and customer events. Assist with diary coordination and meeting arrangements. Support data entry, reporting, and document preparation using Microsoft Office applications. Assist with a variety of operational and office processes.
