Customer Success and Sales Support Executive Location: Hull office Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Help customers succeed while keeping sales opportunities moving Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Customer Success and Sales Support Executive. You will be one of the first points of contact for UK customers, helping to create a positive experience from initial enquiry through to quotation and project handover. This is more than an administrative support position. You will work closely with the sales team, coordinate customer and supplier communication, and help opportunities progress efficiently. With technology supporting many technical processes, you will have more time to focus on delivering excellent service, building relationships and maintaining accurate information. The Opportunity: As a Customer Success and Sales Support Executive, you ll play a key role in: Preparing accurate quotations and proposals using technology-enabled quoting tools, with training provided. Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing helpful information or connecting customers with the right colleague. Maintaining accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, contact information, notes and project updates. Supporting the sales team with appointments, documentation, supplier pricing and internal reporting.
