Customer Service and Support role- In Post
Job&Talent are recruiting experienced Customer Service and Support candidates in the Southampton area. We are looking for hardworking individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team. Our client is preparing for new business opportunities and is seeking core team members to support operations.
Requirements for the role:
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
- A positive, "can do" attitude with a focus on getting things right the first time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Admin experience
What we offer:
- Starting rate: -12.50 per hour
- Rota: Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday cover
- Hours: Likely 10:00 am-6:30 pm, 5 days per week (TBC)
- -500 Bonus paid after 12 weeks for candidates demonstrating long term commitments.
- Location: Southampton
Role responsibilities:
- Act as the link between Customer Service and Operations, handling CEO/CS queries
- Work with Operations to locate and resolve parcel issues quickly
- Provide daily depot status updates, including a situation report (Sit Rep) for CSS to share with merchants and consumers
- Support Operations communications on flagged issues (APM, Store, 2Door locations)
- Undertake other resolution tasks as required by the Depot Manager
