Customer Service and Sales Administrator

A well-established furniture company, centrally located in the Medway towns, are seeking a proactive Customer Service and Sales Administrator on a temporary basis. There may be permanent opportunities for the right candidate.Duties will include:Processing sales orders efficiently and accuratelySupporting sales and customer service teams in meeting key performance targetsManaging customer web portals and ensuring orders are delivered in full and on timeHandling service requests, returns, and credit requests with professionalismResponding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteouslyInputting data accurately into relevant systems and databasesCoordinating inspections and liaising with third-party companies (where required)Following company procedures and processes to maintain quality and complianceHours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch).If you''re motivated, conscientious, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, please apply ..... full job details .....
