Customer Service and Logistics Executive Retail Central London 40kFTC 9-12 months, Hybrid working (Friday Working From Home)I''m partnering with a fast-growing luxury brand to appoint a Customer Service and Logistics Executive.The business is in an exciting period of growth, with major international expansion and further retail growth planned.This is a broad role sitting across customer service, order management, stock, logistics and supply chain, working with retail customers, internal teams, warehouses and 3PL partners across international markets.Applicants must be immediately available or able to start at short notice and must have the right to work in the UK.The roleManage B2B customer orders end-to-end, from SAP order entry through to dispatchBuild strong relationships with customers, providing updates on orders, availability and deliveryCoordinate international shipments, transport, customs and 3PL activityMaintain accurate stock records and investigate inventory discrepanciesSupport stock transfers, boutique replenishment and consignment reconciliationsWork closely with warehouses and 3PL partners across multiple global locationsSupport inbound purchase orders, logistics costs and invoice reconciliationWork with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to resolve operational issuesSupport the growing e-commerce operation, including website, Amazon and TikTok ShopIdentify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiencyWhat we''re looking forYou''ll ideally have ..... full job details .....
