What you''ll be doing: Coordinating scheduled and urgent deliveries across the UK Managing customer enquiries and providing real-time updates Liaising with drivers, suppliers and logistics partners Preparing quotations and responding to service requests Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of operations Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Identifying opportunities to support business growth Ensuring high levels of service are delivered at all times Helping maximise operational efficiency through effective planning and communication What we''re looking for: Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, sales support or a similar role Good geographical knowledge of the UK and confidence working with locations, routes and distances to support effective delivery planning ..... full job details .....
