A great permanent opportunity to join a utility metering department within a commercial company environment. Ensuring the metering database is accurately maintained and kept fully up to date. This role is to provide reliable and timely data management that enables the technical team to plan, deliver and monitor metering activities. You will be supporting the team with incoming phone calls and email enquiries. Monitoring and dealing with the queries in Jira and raising meter work orders, ensuring the problem is resolved and the customer is kept up to date. This will be the whole process, beginning to end of a smart meter. Working on different workstreams, monitoring the gains and losses, and looking at fault flows. Various administration tasks and fault investigation. Always keeping the database and systems accurately up to date. This is a fast-paced role, someone that has an appetite to learn would be ideal for this role. The company is a regulated environment and there is lots to learn! There is plenty of opportunity to grow your career within this department and wider team. There is hybrid working on offer of two days in the office and three days working from home every week.
