Salary: -27,000 + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
• Provide updates on orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Liaise with internal teams including sales and warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service or returns role is preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
