Customer Service AgentRotherham (Goldthorpe) 13.25 per hourMonday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pmThe Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Call Centre team in Rotherham.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or call centre experience to join a well-established company. The role involves supporting customers with orders, resolving queries and helping them transition to a new online ordering platform.Duties will include:Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiriesProcessing customer orders and dealing with order queriesAssisting customers with account registrations and password resetsGuiding customers through the online self-service ordering platformTroubleshooting basic system issues and providing solutionsEncouraging customers to use the online ordering systemUpdating customer records accuratelyEscalating unresolved issues where requiredProviding a high level of customer service at all timesProcessing orders manually for customers not yet using the online platformThe successful candidate will have:Previous customer service or call centre experienceExcellent communication and telephone skillsGood IT skills and confidence using computer systemsStrong problem-solving abilitiesA positive and professional attitudeGood attention to detailThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM or order management systems would be advantageousBenefits of working for The Best ..... full job details .....
