Customer Service Agent Duration; 6 month initial (potential for temp to perm)Location; Newcastle, NE2Rates; £15-17.08 p/h (via umbrella) Sanderson are partnered with a leading financial services brand to identify multiple Customer Service Agents to support customers on queries and complaints regarding their personal lending accounts. What you will be doing; Be the point of contact for customers via inbound calls.Provide support and advice for customers personal loan accounts. Deliver outstanding customer service, aiming for a first time resolution on every call. Maintain accurate customer records in line with GDPR.Experience/Skills required; Customer service experience within a financial services and contact/call centre environment.
