Our client partners with energy and utility providers, helping their customers experiencing financial vulnerabilities. Due to the nature of this role, you should be empathetic with good listening skills. In order to be successful for this role you must have previous experience dealing with vulnerable customers and a history in utilities. The salary is -26,227.50 with OTE of -28,200 per annum.
