Our healthcare client provide and maintain medical equipment all over the UK. Due to an increase in business, they need a Customer Service Agent to support their busy office in Ipswich, Suffolk.
With full training given, the successful candidate will work in a call centre environment.
Some of the duties include:
- Managing outbound calls to customers and service users
- Completing customer surveys over the phone
- Confirming delivery dates and times
- Arranging delivery and collection of healthcare equipment
- Responding to emails and queries, so you will need to be adaptable and able to respond effectively to people to resolve issues
- Data entry
- Making courtesy calls to ensure customers are satisfied with the service they have received
- Liaising with colleagues and third parties to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and collections
- Wider general administration
The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full time role which begins on an agency, temporary contract. For the right person there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
We seek an individual who is a team player, reliable and a very good timekeeper. To be considered for this job you must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be competent with using IT systems.
