Due to an increase in business, they need a Customer Service Agent to support their busy office in Ipswich, Suffolk. With full training given, the successful candidate will work in a call centre environment. Some of the duties include: Managing outbound calls to customers and service users Completing customer surveys over the phone Confirming delivery dates and times Arranging delivery and collection of healthcare equipment Responding to emails and queries, so you will need to be adaptable and able to respond effectively to people to resolve issues Data entry Making courtesy calls to ensure customers are satisfied with the service they have received Liaising with colleagues and third parties to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and collections Wider general administration The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
