Customer Support Advisor (Temp to Perm)We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Support Advisor to join their busy and friendly customer service team in Coventry. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.Salary for this position will be starting at 29,000 working on a rota basis in a busy and friendly team. There is the requirement to be flexible, the company phone lines are open 7 days a week. Weekday shifts are between 7am and 7pm with weekends being typically 7am till 3pm which, once trained, are worked from home.The company offers fantastic benefits including a hybrid working model.The RoleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with delivery and service enquiries. You''ll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and positive experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.Respond to enquiries relating to deliveries and services.Accurately log and categorise customer interactions using internal systems.Complete customer verification and security checks.Triage customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Specialist team where appropriate.Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.Work towards individual and team KPI targets.Attend team meetings and training ..... full job details .....
