The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Agent, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels. You''ll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet service and performance targets.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care and professionalism.
About You
