The Opportunity As a Customer Service Agent, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels. You''ll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve service-related queries. Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems. Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
