Customer Service Agent (ISAs and Savings)

Hays are recruiting for an established financial services organisation who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join its growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience, ideally including knowledge of ISAs or savings products, to develop their career within a supportive and knowledgeable environment. You will play an important role in providing an efficient, accurate and customer-focused service, helping customers understand their accounts and supporting them in achieving their financial goal. This is a permanent role, based in Manchester city centre, office-based. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday, 9am to 4pmYour new role Key responsibilitiesManaging customer enquiries relating to ISA and savings products by telephone and emailHandling new account enquiries and providing clear product informationSupporting the onboarding of new customersHelping to retain Trust Fund customers and discussing available reinvestment optionsMaintaining accurate and compliant customer recordsProviding clear and professional guidance on customer accountsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to improve the customer experienceDeveloping your product knowledge and taking on additional responsibilities as you progressYou will have:previous customer service experience within financial servicesKnowledge of ISA products, savings accounts or a similar financial product areaStrong written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
