The role is on a temp to permanent basis £13.80 an hour, Monday 26th October start date The Role:You''ll be the friendly, trusted point of contact for clients, supporting them across chat, phone, and email. Every day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of issues and see them through to a successful resolution.Key Responsibilities:Handling client enquiries across chat, phone, and emailSupporting partners with account updates, changes, and complaint resolutionInvestigating and resolving invoice queries efficiently and accuratelyTaking full ownership of issues from initial contact through to resolutionWorking closely with other departments to investigate and resolve more complex queriesIdentifying opportunities to recommend relevant additional products or services during calls, Hybrid - Office based in Manchester city centre (35 hours a week.
