Customer Service Agent - WarwickTemp (Ongoing) £26,228 Monday to FridayWe''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading business based in Warwick, for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy customer service team on a temp basis, with a genuine view to a permanent position for the right person.The RoleYou''ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries across various channels, resolving queries professionally and efficiently, and keeping accurate records on their CRM system. It''s a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, so a positive, can-do attitude goes a long way.Main responsibilities include:Delivering excellent customer service and accurate account administrationHandling inbound customer calls and other communication channelsResolving queries in a timely and professional mannerLiaising with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for the customerRecording all activities accurately on the company CRMHoursCore hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. There is a small amount of flexibility required, including one week in every ten on an 11:00 to 20:00 shift, and one Saturday morning in every ten (09:00 to 13:00).What we''re looking for:A strong background in customer service, ideally with some administrative or credit control experienceConfident communicator, comfortable on the phone in a busy environmentGood attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskPC literate with accurate keyboard skillsGCSE ..... full job details .....
