Customer Service Advisor
We currently have a brand new permanent vacancy for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of our market-leading, family-owned clients based in the Handsworth area of Birmingham.
Due to continued growth and ongoing success, they are looking to recruit a key member of their customer service team to strengthen their existing workforce.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy customer service environment, excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly telephone manner, and strong IT and organisational skills. The ability to build positive relationships with customers and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
