Accident Repair Customer Service Advisor

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000k (Dependant on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, manufacturer approved automotive Bodyshop. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle repair journey.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent communication and support from the moment their vehicle is booked in until it is returned. You''ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience while working closely with the workshop and insurance partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and managing all enquiries professionally.
• Booking vehicles in for repairs and coordinating appointments.
• Providing regular updates on repair progress.
• Liaising with technicians, estimators, insurers and suppliers.
• Managing customer expectations and resolving queries efficiently.
• Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Bodyshop Customer Advisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre is highly desirable.
