Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

   

• Assist customers with enquiries related to glasses, contact lenses, prescriptions, and optical products.

   

• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and prescription requirements.

   

• Manage appointment bookings, order processing, and aftercare support.

   

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

   

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with optical industry standards.

   

• Collaborate with the optical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

   

• Support administrative tasks such as stock checks, order tracking, and documentation.

   

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in an optical environment (opticians, optical retail, or optical customer support).

   

• Strong understanding of optical terminology, prescriptions, and product types.

   

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

   

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

   

• Confident using computer systems and customer management software.
