Manage appointment bookings, order processing, and aftercare support. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with optical industry standards. Collaborate with the optical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support administrative tasks such as stock checks, order tracking, and documentation. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in an optical environment (opticians, optical retail, or optical customer support).
