You will be responsible for receiving and processing order, enquires and general information in a timely and considerate manner. Key Duties: Handle customer calls, enquiries, product information and lead times. Process orders, proforma invoices and customer quotations. Update and amend orders as required. Maintain accurate customer and company documentation. Support Area Sales Managers with administrative requirements. Arrange couriers and carriers for customer deliveries. Assist with general office administration. Make proactive outbound calls to customers and follow up enquiries.
