Customer Service Advisor

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.What you will be doing:Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiriesProcessing orders through to paymentAssisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicingUpdating internal database and spreadsheetsLiaison with a number of internal departmentsAdditional ad hoc projects as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essentialOrganised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the sameAbility to work under own initiative and as part of a small teamStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systemsExcellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:Competitive salaryMonday to Friday full time (please note 100% office based)25 days holidayFriendly and supportive teamEstablished and progressive organisationWhat you need to do next:If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
