Customer Service Advisor

Tennial Personnel are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Ipswich. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful 12 week working period of employment. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working 37 hours per week. The role would suit a customer-focused, organised and reliable individual who is confident communicating with customers and comfortable working across a range of administrative duties. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and dealing with customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily car park operations, including reviewing and processing Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) data. Respond to customer enquiries and appeals via online chat, email and telephone. Prepare and submit evidence packs for formal appeal cases. Provide a professional and helpful customer service experience. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is processed correctly. Complete general administrative duties to support the wider team. Order uniforms and purchase stock when required. Process and manage service requests. Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Deal with customer issues and queries in a professional and timely manner.
