About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring enquiries and issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Your duties will include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and ticketing systems Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints Managing customer orders, queries, returns and repairs Assisting with parcel tracking and delivery enquiries Providing a high standard of customer service at all times Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues Supporting customer feedback and helping improve products and services Assisting with Amazon Seller platforms and customer tickets Creating and maintaining customer support information where required What We''re Looking For The successful candidate will have: Previous customer service experience Experience using Amazon Seller platforms Experience handling and resolving customer tickets and enquiries Excellent written and verbal ..... full job details .....
