This role is all about fostering relationships and enhancing the broker experience. This role is 35 hours per week, Monday Friday, hours to cover between 8.30 am 5.30 pm, with hybrid working.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and LifeChat enquiries, prioritising broker support effectively.Assist brokers with product information, mortgage submissions, and navigation of the Saffron for Brokers website.Process new broker registrations within 24 hours to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Promote the Society''s products and services to enhance broker engagement and grow market share.Encourage high-quality, right-first-time ..... full job details .....
