A temp opportunity with one of the UK''s best-known online retailers in their industry - available immediately.My client is a well-established, Norfolk-founded retail brand and they need a confident, phone-savvy Customer Service Advisor to join their team for approximately four weeks to support a busy period of customer contact.The role centres around managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, helping customers through a product recall process whilst also supporting the wider team with day-to-day enquiries.
