You will also identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships and work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.Provide clear, friendly and professional customer service.Identify customer needs and promote suitable products.Achieve sales and performance targets.Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.Comply with GDPR, Consumer Duty and relevant regulatory requirements.Attend training, coaching and team meetings.Complete mandatory training and relevant CPD requirements.Essential RequirementsMaths and English GCSEExcellent communication and listening skillsA friendly, professional and empathetic telephone mannerThe ability to work towards targets and deliver quality customer serviceStrong attention to detail and a commitment to complianceWhat We Offer 24,784.50 annual ..... full job details .....
