Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)Salary: 24,785 Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid, 2 days WFH) Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per weekFull-time, Permanent PositionOur client is now seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to provide high quality support to lenders, borrowers, and legal firms within a busy contact centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring service levels are met and customers receive a smooth, professional experience throughout the remortgage process. The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor: Liaise with institutional lenders, borrowers, and legal firms in relation to remortgage applications Respond to customer and stakeholder queries within agreed service levels Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the remortgage process Work closely with legal teams to ensure service standards and timescales are achieved Liaise with financial institutions to obtain required information and documentation Accurately input and update data on internal computerised systems Deliver consistent, high quality customer service in a fast paced contact centre environment The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in customer service Experience working within a high volume environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good data input and system navigation skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and work ..... full job details .....
