Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support Full Time Permanent RedhillAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing business based on the outskirts of Redhill. This role offers the chance to become part of a friendly, collaborative team working in modern offices, where customer service and teamwork are at the heart of the business.This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyActing as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers via phone and emailResponding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely mannerSupporting the wider team to ensure a high standard of service deliveryThis role would suit someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
