Location: Edinburgh City Centre - just a 10-minute walk from the train station The Role As a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you''ll be supporting travel customers across phone, live chat and email, taking ownership of each query from start to finish. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you''ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards key performance measures such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
