This role is Remote based in the UK Wide and you will require atleast 6 months contact centre experience.You have to have Contact centre experience - You have to have Contact centre experienceWe''re currently looking for multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who are focused on customer service, administration and taking inbound calls. The role will deal with a wide range of customer service calls.Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following:Laptop and kit supplied prior to work commencingSalary - £26,430Fully remoteShift pattern between 7am and 10pm - 40 hours per weekThis role will involve weekend working - you will only work 5 days per week and will work every other weekend.Key Responsibilities:Contact centre experience required.Support customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systemsManage all direct customer InteractionsHandle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiriesSupport customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queriesEffectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case managementProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvementKey Skills Required:Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essentialKnowledge of CRM systemsA self-motivated, passionate, ..... full job details .....
