Hours: 37.5 per week on rotating Shifts between 7am and 7PM

• Respond to inquiries regarding PAYE, tax codes, and national insurance.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers over the phone and via email.
• Assist individuals and businesses in navigating Clients processes with confidence.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
