Customer Service Advisor Location: NorthamptonSalary: £25,500 - £26,000 per annum, plus a competitive annual bonus.Hours: Full TimeContract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) until November 2027Reporting To: Office Manager About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Northampton on a full-time fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover until November 2027. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you''ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing a daily outbound call diary, processing orders, handling customer enquiries, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You''ll also play a key role in supporting promotional activities and identifying opportunities to upsell products to customers. Key Responsibilities Manage a daily outbound call schedule and proactively engage with customers. Handle a high volume of inbound calls, including customer enquiries, orders, complaints and delivery requests. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via telephone, email and voicemail. Convert inbound customer interactions into future planned outbound opportunities. Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues through proactive customer service.
