Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Glasgow, providing excellent customer service within the banking sector.

You''ll handle inbound calls, support customers with queries across a range of banking products and services, and help resolve issues efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to develop their career within a supportive contact centre team.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

• Salary: -13.45 per hour

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling inbound customer calls, providing guidance and support across banking products and services

• Building positive relationships with customers through clear communication and a helpful approach

• Listening carefully to identify customer needs and providing tailored solutions

• Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving issues accurately and efficiently

• Using multiple systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions and administrative tasks

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information

• Working towards performance and customer satisfaction targets, applying coaching and feedback to improve

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
